Shipping and Delivery

We ship within the United States, excluding Alaska and Hawaii. Standard shipping is $9.99. Orders over $100 qualify for free shipping based on the merchandise total after voucher or coupon discounts and before tax and shipping. Final Sale and Damaged Products

Products are final sale, with no returns or refunds unless damaged or defective. Notify customer service within 2 business days of delivery about damage or defects, including broken jars or broken seals. Include your order number, a description, and photos. See our Returns & Refunds policy.

Groupon Voucher Offers

Online voucher redemption is not yet available. Visit our Redeem Groupon page for the current status and instructions. When redemption is enabled, each voucher code will apply only to the product, option, and quantity included in its offer and may be used once. Review the specific Groupon offer for its promotional expiration date, shipping terms, and other restrictions. Shipping is included only when that offer states it is included. Voucher offers cannot be combined with other discounts unless expressly permitted by the offer.

If the promotional value has expired, contact customer service for help with the amount paid. Questions about a Groupon purchase or a refund issued by Groupon should also be directed to Groupon. Do not submit a full-price order expecting an unverified voucher discount to be applied later.
